Embarkation and disembarkation were the easiest that I have ever experienced and we cruise quite often.
The one thing that I was leery about is the one thing that I liked, free-style dining. We never had a wait and the food was good. One night we had a problem with the service and the problem was corrected when the maitre d came over and started to bus tables. This cruise differed from others because they did not offer shrimp cocktail or lobster night, but what was offered was good so I did not miss it. I am not one to dress up so I enjoyed the relaxed dress code in the dining rooms.
Now what I did not like about the cruise. First I felt that the service was not the best. We needed to ask for pool towels in our rooms everyday. One day we left the room at 9:30 and returned at 3:30 and the room was not made up. The pool had cups, paper, etc that was not picked up and ended up floating in the water. We frequently had to take our dishes at the pool and clear them ourselves. It seemed that the workers were busy while officers were walking around but they were not as active when there was nobody watching them.
The cabin was fine and had sufficient storage space. Outside the cabin is a turn dial where you can indicate whether to make up the room, do not disturb, etc. One day we moved it to make up the room and someone turned it to do not disturb so our room was not serviced. Limited number of outlets.
