Embarkation very slow in Southampton but much better in Brooklyn, New York. This was our 4th journey on QM2 making a return journey and it was as good as ever. Attentive staff, good food in the Britannia restaurant and King's Court; good entertainment mostly but not a fan of the Cunard singers and dancers. Quality of interior stateroom very good but would not recomd room 6222 as the 24 hour noisy kitchens are above. Films in Illuminations could be improved and sound from American produced films very poor. I don't believe either myself or wife have a hearing problem and the mumbled sound was unacceptable. We walked out of 3 films. The various guest speakers in the same theatre were all excellent. All in all very acceptable and we will be travelling with Cunard again very soon.
