Enjoyed my weeks cruise on splendour of the seas from venice, taking in dubrovnik,ephesus,santorini,olympia all great tours well organised. Must admit enjoy the bigger ships more went on the liberty of the seas last time and the main events on the ship seemed less crowded, also the white night they have by the pool on splendour was just music, on the liberty they had a massive BBQ With ice sculptures etc. Apart from these 2 things everything was of the quality you get from Royal Caribbean.The all inclusive package was fantastic dont believe the negative things you read about it like you cant have free drinks when you are in port and you still get charged a service charge, we had the basic package included in the holiday cost, choice of 14 bottled beers and Heinikin on draught and any wine upto $9 and the superb non alcoholic coctails with a massive choice frozen or unfrozen.we did not get charged a penny extra it was all free !. You can upgrade at anytime during your cruise to a better package and just one person can do it if your wifes happy with the basic package. If like me you are catching a taxi back to marco polo airport from the port it costs 45 euros but note if theres 8 of you its still 45 euros so share with other people if you can.
