Took the Infinity for a cruise of the British Isles last year. Upgraded from an inside cabin on a low deck to the concierge level with a balcony. The room was a little better and the balcony was nice. The steward taking care of our room was okay, but the sheets were stained and ripped. The dust ruffle was so stained and dirty, I asked for it to be replaced. The same was true of the table linens in the dining room. We didn't see any of this last year. Two of the shows that we went to were the same shows as a year ago. I guess they don't want you to take the same ship two years in a row. Loved Alaska and a lackluster cruise won't change that. This was my 4 cruise with Celebrity, all of them 7 or more days, and I have never been disappointed before. I have always recommended Celebrity to my friends in the past but will no longer do that. I will choose another cruise line for next this winter and next summer's cruises.

Concierge Class 1

Cabin C1

Plenty of hangers and closet space. We needed the beds separated so there was very little floor space around the beds. Nice sofa and balcony.
