First, the good: nice ship architecture, pretty good buffet, GREAT entertainment, nice fellow guests, kids had a great time.

Now the bad: surly employees, worst service I've ever experienced on a ship (10 cruises all over world), food decent at best, constant and harassing sales pitches to buy the drink packages.

Truly the worst service I've ever experienced - meal was half over before they'd take drink order (happened 3 nights and we only ate there 5 times); literally had to ask over and over again to order drinks; don't even think of making a special request like well done meat - "all our meat is well done" - that was standard answer and they refused to do anything more; bar tenders were jerks overall and belittled us for not having drinks package. Also another customer took my bag accidentally at departure - he called and profusely apologized and promptly took my bag back to Celebrity - 36 hours later Celebrity still hasn't called me to let me know they "found" my bag - you'd think they'd be delighted to share the news.
