This was our 5th cruise with MSC so we knew what to expect.

Having been on the newer, larger ships I have to say we were somewhat disappointed with the Sinfonia despite the extension and revitalisation. On the plus side it was small enough to get round very easily but on the negative side it wasn't anywhere near as glitzy and food was pretty poor in comparison to previous MSC cruises.

The theatre is very small and cannot cater for the amount of passengers without putting on 3 shows a night, for which you have to prebook using 1 cabin card but have all members of your party's cards scanned in upon entry, which caused confusion with some passengers at the start! In addition the middle show filled up very quickly and needed to be booked the day before.

Interior Stateroom

Cabin I1

Our cabin was small, but adequate for our needs. Good position, quiet and easy to get to. Only drawback was small 2x2 triangular shower with curtain that stuck to you as soon as you put the shower on :(.
