We were one of the ships that was caught up in the low water problems. The change to another ship was handled so well we could not believe. It was amazing - so smooth, whilst we heard guests from another cruise line that there trip had to be stopped and guests had the option to fly home or stay in a hotel and get bused every day to another destination. We were lucky that we booked VIKING. During the change we saw some more of the countryside, got a nice lunch in local restaurant and after the change all was run as scheduled we did not miss any of the promised tours until the end of our trip. It was just great - not more to mention - compliments to all staff and crew .

Ship and its crew was just amazing. From the housekeeping staff, kitchen staff and restaurant, all making sure that service is provided at all times. Very well ran ship, congratulations.

We will definitely travel with Viking again and looking forward to do so soon.
