Cabin: Deluxe Stateroom with Verandah
First time on Crystal cruises. Had high expectations, and found that they were exceeded.
Yes Crystal is not cheap, but since tips and drinks are included, they are comparable to others in price.
What makes Crystal different is the attitude of ever member of the crew. Everyone greets you every time you see them. Waiters started greeting us by name. President - Edie was very open to input from passengers and she is focused on making Crystal even better.

Excellent. Enjoyed our refrigerator stocked with beveages for afternoon drinks on Veranda.
Cabin attendant friendly and always very prompt on make-up and requests
