Sail Date: Jul 2015
Cabin: Family Balcony
Traveled with children

Have been on other NCL ships, last one being the Getaway in summer of 2014, Epic needed much improvement.

We booked midship family balcony connecting family rooms, 13118, 13122 and 13126. The balcony was large with plenty of species, but the wear and tear of the staterooms were quite visible from the broken hairdryers, vanity light to stained privacy curtain.

O'Sheehans is supposed to be open at all times as with other NCL ships, but on the Epic, although it says that it is always open, IT IS NOT. O'Sheehan closes before 3am and did not open until after 5:30am. Garden Cafe is also limited in access and closes its doors to guests between lunch and dinner. Room service is also not complimentary as with other NCL ships that we have been on.
