Having had 2 previous cruises with Cunard on Queen Victoria, our Baltic Cruise on Queen Elizabeth was a let down. Sometimes the staff were offhand or just plain rude, the variety of food limited and fresh supplies ran out towards the end of the cruise.

Our statement was as expected and the bed extremely comfortable. The service from our room steward was faultless.

On board entertainment was varied in quality but generally okay. The pianists (meant as background music) in the Golden Lion & Commodore Club were rather loud and made conversation difficult. Singing badly seemed to be the only talent of one of the entertainment team.
