I want to point out that this was my 23rd cruise on NCL but I would like to give a truly fair review of this cruise. Granted, some of my issues are NCL corporate issues so not all of my complaints are specifically the Jewell's fault.
1. Come on.... why is no one else not standing up and screaming about the $7.95 room service fee!! It was bad enough when it was $3.95 in the wee hours of the night, but now, other than cold breads between 6:30 and 10:30 am there is the fee. As a cruiser, we should be able to have meals sent to our room and enjoy on the balcony without a penalty. NCL RE-THINK THIS-YOU ARE DRIVING PEOPLE TO OTHER CRUISE LINES!
2. There was not enough time in the individual ports. There was not enough time to shop if you did excursions.
