Myself (third time cruiser), and my daughter (first time cruiser), went on board the Carnival Pride to Port Canaveral, Nassau, and Freeport near the end of July, We had a vista suite at the back of the boat with a huge wrap around balcony (balcony itself 220 sq. ft.) The balcony was so amazing, and now I am hooked and will only book rooms in the rear aft with the wrap around balcony on starboard side. It was so convenient I was able to get a local shuttle from my house to cruise port.

Our cabin steward was amazing, the suite was great and he catered to our every need. We did the Steakhouse on board ($35 per person) and the food was amazing. We also did the Chef's Table ($75 per person) and got a 12 course meal, tour of the galley, champagne and excellent service. Chef Dev was amazing! There were only 8 of us and we got to see a proposal as well! I will definately do the Chef's Table when I do my next cruise.

We never had to wait too long in lines on the ship. My daughter got a package for teenagers in the spa, and her hair turned out beautiful and lasted the remainder of the cruise. The last day of cruise when bracelets are 70% off I recommend buying one! I had been admiring one the entire cruise and when it went to 70% off the last sea day, I was there to purchase!
