We were very much looking forward to this cruise as I had really enjoyed last princess cruise and this itinerary although had some destinations we had done before there were half we hadn't.

Check in easy and relatively simple, satisfied with our cabin which was mini suit on C deck forward. Had lovely steward who took care of our needs.

Had lunch then encountered issue with package we had bought, after much discussion told we needed to go to pursers desk, there we encountered long line and very poor customer service, I won't go into detail but it certainly was not a good start to our cruise and coloured our opinion of princess as a result.
