Interesting to read other (negative) reviews of this same cruise. We found the service staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Our housekeeper introduced herself right after boarding and thereafter greeted us by name every time we passed in the hall. The stateroom (PH1) was kept immaculate. We ate in all four specialty restaurants and found them all excellent, especially Red Ginger. The private meal in the Wine Spectator dining room was outstanding, with excellent wine pairings. We ate in the Grand Dining room several times, especially for lunch, and found that to be excellent as well. Embarkation was simple and fast, and we were being served lunch within minutes of boarding. Stage entertainment was scheduled too late for me, and the one show I did attend was mediocre at best. But I didn't take this cruise for that purpose. Shore excursions were expensive and low value, but for the most part we arranged our own, which worked very well. We did take one which happened to be at an anchorage port and we enjoyed that one. We both agreed that we would consider another Oceania cruise if it came up and worked with our schedule.

Very comfortable and well maintained. Really liked the walk-in closet.
