My family and I started looking for a last minute special on a cruise out Galveston. It's so easy to get in/out of Galveston, and we always park at E-Z Cruise (call or look on their website for specials).

This was my 2nd time on the Carnival Triumph. There were 8 of us in all, four adults, and four children. We had four inside cabins. Two cabins on a lower deck, and two on an upper deck. My daughter and I have decided that inside cabins are great for people travelling with children (that way they may just sleep in a little longer in the mornings!!!)

E-Z Cruise loaded us up, along with our luggage, and we were at the Cruise Terminal in no time flat! Embarkation went very quickly, and in a matter of 1/2 hour, all eight of us were onboard to start exploring (about 11:30 AM).

Port Reviews

Galveston

Galveston is a GREAT little City! So quick and easy to get in/out of, and a beautiful seashore, should you decide to stay a day or two longer.

Progreso

We experienced Progresso in our own way. The bus is free that takes you into town, and drops you off in a walled-in Mercado. Great food, and great prices. $10.00 full-body massages are a "must do"!

Cozumel

We do our own excursion whenever in Cozumel. We catch a cab to Paradise Beach, and spend the entire day there! So nice (and secluded) and the kids love it, too!
