This was my first and last Celebrity cruise. Alaska was gorgeous but I would have gotten that with any other cruise line too. The food, which is supposed to be what makes Celebrity better than others, was nothing special. It wasn't especially bad, but the buffet was bland and the Trelis restaurant was hit and miss. The service was much the same, our stateroom attendant Sandy was wonderful and so was many others, but just as many were just going through the motions and didn't even try. On the last night we tried Qsine, and that was really excellent, but at 45 dollars each it was too much.

The "toddler program" consisted of one hour a day with some plastic keys in the teen room, and the other two hours were during lunch and dinner. Getting a high chair in the restaurant and buffet was close to impossible and it's not like anyone came to offer it. We stayed in a concierge room which had one benefit; no waiting and good seating in the restaurant - but really not worth paying extra for. The balcony was rusty, but other than that the room was fine and well maintained. Alaska was amazing and really nice views made the trip fantastic anyway. I guess going on a Disney cruise last year just set the bar too high, and I Was disappointed that Celebrity couldn't even compete with them.
