Just got around to writing this from June. We are a family of 6 plus fiance'. Me 59. wife 56, daughters 25, 20,18, son 24 and fiancé 26. Have been on Disney Wonder 3x, Disney Dream, and NCI Pride of America..
THE GOOD: Great Aqua Theater Suite 8730 balcony!! Great open space that allows views of starboard, aft and port. We all loved the space and ate breakfast out there everyday for expediency and to enjoy the out doors. Watched the great Oceanaria show about 5x. Never got old. There were a lot of cirque du soleil tricks we've seen before from La Nouba in Disney World and other shows in Vegas, a lot of the same music also but still impressive and on a moving ship!! Wife liked Central Park when walking back to suite, on same deck. We felt little if any movement while cruising. Speciality restaurant IZUMI hibachi grill was good food , great show and windows to see outside to water. NICE. Chops Grill was good food off of the relaxing Central Park on deck 8, same as our suite. Easy quick walk (But no windows to see any water)
Also My Time Dining during formal night in American Icon Grill I believe was also good with great desserts. This was on the third night from Barcelona. We had no reservations but got right in with party of seven and lots of other people waiting. Suite perks? I don"t know but didn't complain. I got the upcharge Chops steak and lobster $39 but everyone else ordered off regular menu. Coastal Kitchen in Concierge lounge was good the 1st night but not enough comfort food for us so only ate there once. Pretty setting with floor to ceiling windows though. The Lounge itself was great for complimentary drinks and snacks for suite guests all day. Coke, beer wine champaign, but also liquor. I'm not much of a drinker but son and fiance' took advantage of it BIG TIME. Beautifual open airy space just below the loft suites with view looking aft over sports deck and beyond. I preferred our Aqua suite view myself .
Fine for 6 people , tight for 7-8
