Just returned from cruise with MSC Splendida (Hamburg - Orkney Islands, Iceland, Loch Ness, Amsterdam (was changed to Rotterdam the night before arrival)). Nice Ship and impressing shows at the theatre, but that is the almost the only nice we can say.

We can recognize many of the other comments here regarding MSC.

Dis-organized embarkation with long, long lines for check-in, no information on place of embarkation (we have booked a parking place at Hafencity Hamburg 3 months in advance which showed to be 8 km away from where MSC Splendida embarked), chaotic buffet which was very crowded and hard to find a free table, expensive drink-packages, low-quality food (also at the restaurant), unhappy, stressed staff at the restaurant, buffet and bars.
