My favourite cruise ship, very spacious, light and airy. Love the grass deck but on this cruise the weather was so terrible that we only went there once! The indoor adults only pool and sundeck was superb, relaxing and quiet - except for the constant background musak. I asked for it to be turned down and was always obliged. the buffet lunch in this area was excellent. We upgraded to Concierge class, but there were no obvious benefits - next time, we'll splash out on Aqua Class, the main benefit of which is using Blu restaurant. Two weeks using the MDR or deck 14 Buffet became very repetitive.

My main gripe was the total lack of good port lectures - what we had was just a poor sales exercise for the ship's own trips.

Customer service was wonderful - whatever we asked for was given without delay. The WiFi was faster and stronger than on previous trips - though still unnecessarily expensive. Read more
