The Viking Star is a fantastic ship! Truly enjoyed the Chef's Table and Manfredi's restaurants. The soups and desserts were wonderful. Several jokes as I was the only male in a group of 6. There was different regional fare available at each dinner. Many were great. Went to several afternoon teas and truly enjoyed them. Room service was exceptional. The design location of the room closet was awkward due to the smallness of the room. Several of the optional excursions had exceptional guides to include several university professors with volumes of knowledge. The tour reporting process worked quite well. Valentino, the ship guitarist was quite a talent. There were not enough live entertainment shows in the theater. The ISP/Television satellite provider was horrible. they never did get it figured out! The selection of movies on the television was quite bad. Many very old titles to include "Gone With the Wine" from 1937! The disembarkation process was quite organized. We got to the airport in a very timely manner. All of the busses were quite nice although the use of air conditioning had to be begged for. Overall, we're quite glad that we took the cruise. Will definitely consider Viking Ocean and River cruises in our future.

Great bathroom! The location of the closet was a little awkward. Replacement candy bars cost a dollar and they were the little Halloween size! Really?
