Sail Date: Jul 2015

Never posted a review before but having read previous reviews before our holiday, and feeling concerned about going on this ship, I feel the need to say `go with an open mind` and make your own decision.

We booked 1 suite and 2 balcony cabins at the front of the ship, all of which were lovely, modern decor, fantastic bathroom, slightly smaller balcony, but fine. Embarkation very quick, lunch served in oriental, cabins ready 2.30 and cases arrived really quickly. Cabin steward fantastic - nothing too much trouble attitude. Sail away party a great start to our holiday, entertainment staff gave it their all and had everyone smiling and joining in.

Dining in the evening was in the oriental restaurant, we couldn't fault the food, choice of wines, and service was fast and efficient (always with a smile).

Cabin Review

Cabin Suite

Fantastic suite, lovely room, comfortable bed, great bathroom - balcony rather small.

Port Reviews

Southampton

Embarkation port - very smooth and we'll organised

Bergen

Had visited Bergen before so took free shuttle into centre and did sightseeing.

Stavanger

Visited andalsnes - had never been before. Took tour bus from information centre up into mountain area - lots of hairpin bends -excellent few hours + impromptu song (with his guitar) from coach driver - very entertaining!
