90% of the staff on this cruise were miserable and anytime you asked for anything they made you feel like you were bothering them. We travel as a family almost every year (with my parents, my 3 kids and my brother) and this has been the worst experience so far. I've never written a review before, but felt compelled to write one this time. When I read previous reviews they were very mixed, so we figured how bad can it be...

We did a week in Disney World and Universal studios before we embarked on the cruise.

When we embarked, my son had a small foam/plastic toy bat that the first group of security guards let through, then one guard said we couldn't take it. So after 15 minutes of them arguing back and fourth if we could take it or not and holding up the line, they decided they needed to take it away, but advised if I went to guest services they would probably give it back because they knew it wasn't a dangerous item, but they were following protocol and provided us with a check in slip for the item.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8C

The cabin was a decent size with lots of storage. The washroom stunk like a porta potty and the whole room creaked and ticked all night because everything was loose and old. It was difficult to sleep all night because of all the noise. Only one outlet, which I read on a previous review so we brought a power bar.

Embarkation was quick and easy.
