I travelled as part of a family - parents and 2 daughters in 20s. We had travelled before on the Jade in 2013 and choose to return to do a different itinerary. The quality of the food, entertainment, staff and public rooms were all as good as we had previously remembered.

We dined in the Grand Pacific most evenings and were always impressed by the quick and friendly service. There was a varied choice for all courses on the menu and the standard was very good. Would also highly recommend the Jasmine Garden but need to go early to avoid the queues.

The entertainment team led by Rodrigo were great, both during the day with the pool entertainment and at the themed nights in the Spinnakers Lounge.

Mid-Ship Inside

Cabin IA

What we expected for an inside stateroom - quite compact but had everything we needed for the short time that we were in the room. The steward was helpful, friendly and efficient.

Port Reviews

Venice

Stayed in Best Western Hotel Olimpia for a couple of nights before the cruise. For ease of transport we decided to stay near Piazzala Roma near the bus and taxi stops (Having also done the same 2 years ago for another cruise). The Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were great, breakfast was good, but it was the outside garden with sun loungers that stood out. Ideal once returned from a hot day sightseeing to be able to have some outdoor space at the hotel to relax. Hotel well situated near to bars, restaurants, and vaparetto stops to be able to sail down the Grande Canal.

Based on recommendations we went to Burano and would definitely recommend to others. A small, picturesque island with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Corfu

Only wanted to go to Corfu town and therefore didn't book an excursion. There were taxis and buses once off the ship to go into the town. Walked around the Old Town but as there is not a lot to see we only stayed for a couple of hours. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the cricket pitch.

Mykonos

Did not rush to get an early tender ticket and by mid morning it was open tender meaning you could go to Mykonos at any point as there was no queue.

This was our favourite port on the cruise. Lovely picturesque island with not as much to see, so it was nice to be able to walk around more leisurely and stop in bars with nice views.

Small beach close to where the tender boats drop you.
