First time cruiser here. Myself and my wife took a drive down from Ottawa to Boston. The drive was great with no problems and then we arrived at the port. We got directed by the police officer to the parking area and then headed in for our check in. I selected 1000 time and even though we arrive a little late, we still got sent in right away to check in. Check in was painless and then we sat down to await our boarding number. One of the things that happened was that since we never cruised with Norwegian, we got given number 22 and had to wait approximately 25 minutes from the time they started calling numbers to when we got called to board. So now to the pluses, the food was great given we had UDP we ate at all the restaurants but my wife preferred Moderno. Service at all the restaurants was great. I also noticed the pool area was jam packed and most of the ship was empty during the day so getting a drink was a breeze. We went to 4 shows and I found all of them were great, especially Elements and Second City. Our room steward, Russel, was awesome and would help with anything we needed. One of the negative things I do have to mention is that some of the crew look really tired and my wife, who is of one of the Asian nationalities on board and speaks their language, talked to one of the assistant servers and was kind of upset to learn they sleep only around 5 hours a day with a pay of a little more than 1000$ a month although everything else is covered. Now, let me tell you, if I was getting 5 hours of sleep a night for 8 months, I would not be as helpful and pleasant so kudos to them for staying positive and having a great attitude. We didn't do any excursions and just explored the island by ourselves and mostly went to Hamilton, St-George and to see the pink sand beach which was awesome. We then spent two great days at sea coming back, even though we hit some rough weather, the show Elements still went on. Disembarkation went great, we walked off with our luggage at 0800.

Cabin Review

Obstructed Oceanview

Cabin OK

Clean and more spacious than what I imagined it would be. No issues at all.
