We flew into Miami and grabbed the NCL shuttle for 20pp (but was probably 15pp in advance because they offered that price for the ride back) to the pier. Easy enough, although we didn't book it before so we had to walk a few minutes to sign in & pay. Once on the bus, we didn't have to worry about the luggage anymore. Got to the port in about 20-25 minutes and had to wait in a long, long line outside to check in. It looked a lot worse than it was & were onboard from the Airport in around an hour or so.

We were greeted with a glass of champagne in the atrium. While there, we booked our dinner at Cagney's for nite 2, then we were off to the buffet! It was setup nicely with a beautiful selection of foods including sushi, a huge roast at the carving station, pizza, pasta bar and so much more. We found a table for 2 right away and were amazed how well things were moving considering the amount of people swarming the place at once.

We had some time to kill before we could go to the room so we checked out the ship a bit and grabbed a drink. Next time, we will put a pair of swim gear in our carry on so we can hit the pool. Before we knew it, we were in the room and off again to our muster station. We got an inside stateroom on deck 10. It was perfect for a short cruise and great for sleeping anytime, day or nite, because it gets very dark. The room was very clean and the bathroom was a nice size and layout.
