Where to start (sigh of disappointment)
We have cruised with RC several times before and loved every minute. Anthem was just one huge long disappointment. During our holiday we had so many negative experiences that we had a meeting with the guy who runs the guest services department on the ship.
Staff: often rude and clearly over worked and undervalued. Service in general very poor.
