Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

The ship is beautiful and has lots of potential. The cruise director did a great job of providing a variety of entertainment and shows. The cabin was very nice and spacious. Our biggest disappointment was the food. Our serving staff was wonderful but the food quality and preparation has much room for improvement. For an Italian ship you'd think there would be more italian dishes offered, but that was not our experience. Was very disappointed when when had an awful excursion in Naples. We took our time to lodge a complaint and provide feedback at the excursion desk but never heard a peep back. I will consider sailing MSC again but not book excursions through their desk.
