Being of Diamond Plus status we have cruised with RCCL since 1995 and so looking forward to Anthem of The Seas 14 Med Cruise. Although embarkation was excellent, generally the rest leaves a lot to be desired so lets go through it step by step

Pool - Chaos, 6 am or earlier to guarantee a sunbed which was literally attached to the one next to you. A rule that if the sun bed was left for more than 30 minutes then towels and possessions would be removed to free the sun bed for other guests. This rule was not consistent to the extent where a Father and his three daughters were in the pool when the Pool staff attempted to remove their towels etc until the Father intervened only to be told he was not using the sunbed yet he was in the pool, crazy.

Pool Staff - More interested in what was on view on the Big Screen rather than concentrating on the duties.
