The ship and all amenities were great. Loved the freestyle eating. Plenty of different restaurants to eat at with variety of food. Plenty to do on ship. Stops were St. Thomas, Tortolla and finally Nassau. Onboarding and disembarkation were perfect! They need to revamp stops as Nassau has Atlantis and they only gave (1/2 day) or about 5 hours on shore. Transports were slow, traffic gridlocked - lost 1 hour just travelling. No direction once at Atlantis. Please note if you want to shop on Nassau, you are better off not taking the Atlantis excursion. Cost is expensive. Shops close at 5:30PM on Nassau which doesn't give you much time to shop if you do an excursion.

Not happy with Guest Relations when complaint was put in. They opted to give me amenity upgrades on my next cruise. Don't think I will be taking advantage anytime soon.

Miami

Very controlled - no cattle herding!

St. Thomas

Very easy - was glad to see they sprayed disinfectant on everyone's hands as they boarded.
