My wife and I are regular cruiser and booked this cruise to experience a new style very large ship.

On arrival at Genoa check-in was chaotic but nevertheless we got from arrival to ship in less than 30 minutes. Information was limited and hard to find.

We had booked cabin 10118 which was available from 2pm. The cabin was large and very clean. It had a superking sized bed, a three seater settee, fridge/minibar, safe, TV and masses of cupboard space. The shower room was large although the actual shower cubicle was on the small side. It had usable soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Towels were changed twice a day and sheet every couple of days.
