We've been on a number of Carnival Cruises and I really like the Spirit Class ships - which the Pride is. They are not too big, not too small, they are as Goldilocks would say, "just right!" The Pride has recently had the 2.0 upgrades with the addition of a Guy's Burger, Blue Iguana Cafe, Alchemy Bar, etc.

The service on this ship was really great, especially the crew we had waiting on us in the Normandie Dining Room. We had a great table by the window and they made this family trip extra special, taking very good care of all of us (group of 10)

The food on this ship was better than any ship I've been on - both Carnival & Royal Caribbean. All around - no matter which dining venue we ate at. We ate at Guy's, Blue Iguana, Bonsai Sushi (extra charge - worth it!), the Deli, Chopsticks and David's Steak House (extra). I think the steak house on the Splendor was a tad better, but the Pride did themselves proud!

Cabin Review

Premium Balcony

Cabin 9B

We had a premium balcony room #7299 and it was fantastic! One of the best rooms I've had so far (#6485 an aft wrap on the Splendor beats it out on the basis of the huge balcony that room had). The room is nearly a suite and had a big balcony with 2 regular chairs, a table and a lounger. It had the nice marble counters in the bedroom and bathroom that the suites have and loads of closet space!
