Could not fault the cabins, fantastic design, loads of storage, great showers and very comfortable beds, didn't use Balcony as much as we though we would but still nice to have

Amazing tour but rushed and 1.45 hrs is nowhere near long enough and even with rushing we were 30 minutes late back to ship

Lovely place to get off the ship and enjoy the town

Cartagena (Colombia)

Dreadful excursion, dumped at back of the beach and just not a nice beach at all and better staying on the ship

Lovely trip to 3 of the villages along the coast line and worth a visit

Fantastic day out, what a beautiful place and coach driver very knowledgeable and friendly and made the day very interesting

Nice place to just go ashore and shop and enjoy some free time

Seville

As mentioned on review, dreadful day out wouldn't wish it on anybody

Ok place to go shopping but not much there apart from that unless you book a tour

Shows 

All 3 shows were very good and the gift was totally amazing show and left us both with a tear in our eyes  

Night time Entertainment 

This was the biggest disappointment for us, every evening the dance floors got used by the 10-20 yr old`s as a meeting place and DJ playing music to suit them, a few evenings we went back to our room without a single dance, we both have no issues with kids or teenagers as we  have family's but the ship seems to just cater for them, it would of been nice to of had a couple of over 25s evenings in one of the halls so we could of danced the night away without the dance floor being full of kids at midnight  

Sun-beds 

Here is the biggest problem with this ship, the north star takes up so much room for just 2 minutes entertainment on your cruise and the expense of that is a lack of sunbeds on sea days and zero personal space as every sun bed is touching the next one and the rules about not reserving them is just a complete joke as it was not enforced at all so people treated them as their own personal sunbeds etc and many left unused for hrs on end with personal belongings on them..Staff 

As first timers we don't really know the levels of customer service people get or expect on a cruise and many people were saying the service was poor and not to the standard of other cruise ships but we found the staff to be very pleasant and hard working, some had been forced to join the ship from other contracts so maybe that's why some were not as happy as people wanted but we have no issues on service
