Service was bad!!! The servers at all the freestyle restaurants were too busy, rushed, not friendly. The only saving grace at the tropicana was the live salsa band they had every night. The food was good but the menu did not vary much and to our surprise, we thought eating at taste or savour we would get a different menu but it was exactly same as tropicana. The french restaurant was good but we paid extra, we paid extra for bottled water, extra charge for room service, extra charge if you loose your towel, i was anxious about loosing my towel at the pool so i could not relax! Who wants to vacation like that?

The buffet was small with no variety, i never saw sushi or lobster or anything worth while!

The pastries served at the breakfast buffet were tasteless. I asked for clean towels in my cabin they never came!!! Read more
