My husband and I were solicited for the cruise by phone and as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." We live an hour from Port of Palm Beach but had to pick up our boarding pass in Fort Lauderdale at the Ramada Welcome Center. This meant a 3 hour trip to pick up a boarding pass that was never asked for at the port. When we booked we were not told this and when I complained I was basically told "so sad, too bad."

Our cabin was extremely small but this is what we expected. What we didn't expect was to not have air-conditioning for the entire trip. Even with repeated requests from us and our Steward to have this repaired the "we'll be right there" repair never happened. Our Steward, Gary, (who was wonderful) did bring us a fan and this made it possible to sleep. After talking with a number of other passengers we were not the only ones without air-conditioning. Totally unacceptable!

The second morning our toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom. Again, the "we'll be right there" repair did'nt show up until I insisted that it be taken care of immediately and our Steward made this happen.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside

Cabin was small but very clean. There was ample closet space with clothes hangers and storage drawers. The bathroom area was small but also very clean and did have a shampoo and shower gel dispenser which was nice. No Air-conditioning made it an uncomfortable cruise.
