I have cruised six times now with Carnival. The ship is very dated, the food not near as good and just the overall vibe not as personal and fun as it used to be. The entertainment was dull and the sea days were the same goofy entertainment on the lido deck. It was a nightmare getting off the ship! I was just so very disappointed, but it was inexpensive to go so ya get what you pay for. First time cruiser reviews have nothing to compare to so of course they do not understand reviews like this. I also think Progresso is a huge waste of time! I felt sorry for these younger families that had to spend a small fortune to provide excursions for their kids knowing they probably couldn't afford it. Carnival needs to refocus and step back and maybe rethink some things and focus on letting families make memories without sacrificing so much. Give these people something to remember and talk about forever! We enjoyed ourselves but we are laid back and easy to please but I know the old Carnival that I talked about, other than spending a relaxing few days with my hubby I have nothing to tell family or friends about when I get home.

Very dated...I took Lysol after my last cruise experience of getting the virus...but you should have seen the bottom of our feet..they were filthy from the carpet and some of our clothes could not be worn because floor dirt got on them.
