we were so disappointed as on arrival our room was dirty, balcony had toenail clippings on and had not been cleaned, glasses had lipstick on and bathrobes were dirty, we phoned guest services and they arranged for it to be cleaned but didn't apologise.
Went to the garden cafe and the food was poor and greasy, as I had just recently come back from a celebrity cruise I thought this four star ship would be fine but the difference in cleanliness was shocking, sticky hand rails and never really noticing the cleaning being done.
We went for all inclusive so I thought a piña colada or a bbc cocktail but make up for it but it was not to be, apparently they have not had a delivery for two months of the piña colada mix, even the strawberry for the strawberry daiquiri was off the menu, what a waste of money when you pay for all inclusive and you can't have the drink of your choice. Why do they have to get the delivery from the USA when there are ships chandlers who could come on board and ask if the ship needs any provisions??
