We took this trip as a graduation present for my 2 sons ( high school and grade school). This was our 3rd cruise with Carnival and our 7th overall. While nothing in life is perfect, this cruise came pretty close.

EMBARKATION: We flew into San Juan from Phila. and got to the ship around 12:30pm. It was a $35.00 cab ride with tip. Check in was flawless as we were on the ship around 1:15pm. We went to Guys burgers( we ate over 20 burgers on the cruise) than off to tour Old San Juan. Went to the fort( only 4 blocks away) than walked the narrow streets. Very nice city.

CABIN: We were in cabin 2263 which is in the front of the ship. Our steward was Rapbert and he was great. Always greeted us by first name. We had 2 issues with the room--#1 toilet seat was cracked # 2 sink drain was clogged. Rapbert took care of these problems within 1 hour. This room was big enough for 4 people.

Cabin 6B

Great room for this cruise. The room is only 2 flights down to deck 0 where you leave the ship for the islands. Rooms was big enough for a family of four. Large window with shelf is perfect spot for camera bags, electronics, etc
