I have been on many cruises and with approx 8 other cruise lines, including P & O, Cunard, Fred Olson, Oceana but this had to be the very very worst I have ever been on.

It started with arriving at the Port of Leith at our correct embarkation time to find the ship had been diverted to Rosyth and there were masses of people all trying to get on coaches with seemingly not much organization at all. We had booked the top suite on the ship as there were three of us including my 90 year old Mother so that we could get priority boarding etc, which of course didn't happen. Our embarkation time was 11.20 am we finally boarded the ship at 13.30, not a good start.

What can I say about the food, terrible, I have eaten better in a roadside cafe. Breakfast was the same everyday, no Chef to cook omelettes etc, just fried eggs set out in a tray, cereal, yogurts, and the milk tasted as if it was reconstituted.
