Time for Cunard to rethink their strategy as they will soon be running out of customers. Baby Boomers will be up next and they will demand so much more.

Overall a nice vacation because we basically ignored what Cunard had on offer and made our own entertainment and amusement.

Embarkation was truly a nightmare. Arrived in Venice and told to just "dump" all our cases in the airport terminal concourse which caused huge problems for other people trying to enter or exit the terminal and then faced with a wall of Cunard passengers suitcases. Lots of young girls wearing Cunard Tabards but completely taken unawares and totally out of their depth.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Our balcony cabin was tired and dated. I could write a book about the bad design, fabrics, furniture, colours, layout and ergonomics of the cabin, however on the plus side the bed was very comfortable and the steward was excellent.

I sometimes wonder who at Cunard actually manages to get these things so wrong - must try harder!
