Cabin: Superior Deluxe Balcony Stateroom

We have only cruised once before, last September with Cunard so, were prepared to accept that P&O might not match our last experience. Azura very much a floating hotel not a cruise liner but, despite that in most areas, cabin, entertainment, facilities were comparable to Queen Elizabeth.

It was in our dining experiences that things really fell apart.

P&O's senior catering management must know what is wrong as so many aspects of dining and food were poor on this trip. Whether in the restaurants at breakfast, lunch or, dinner there were problems with staffing and organisation. Meals were rushed through, waiters just wanted your order, put a plate of food down in front of you and moved on. The food itself was basic, often cold by the time it arrived, some plates of food had clearly been left over cooked and going stodgy.Much of the food no better than motorway services food or, a High St cafe!

Cabin Review

Superior Deluxe Balcony Stateroom

Cabin CB

A great cabin, very roomy and comfortable.

Good sized bathroom.

Excellent cabin steward.

The balcony is over looked from above balcony so, if want privacy, not a good location
