Traveled with children

We embarked on the breakaway around 2pm that was smooth. Getting to the rooms was a little chaotic and crowded. It was my husband, me and 9 year old son. None of the restaurants were open so we ate a hot dog from the cart on the ship. We had an inside cabin small but fine. The cabin was in the back of the ship, it was very noisy. The guy cleaning our room was great! The food at the buffet was ok nothing to talk about. The sit down dinner was ok again nothing to talk about. The specialty restaurants were good but of course you had to pay extra for them. Too many people on the ship. The pools and hot tubs were crowded. Getting a lounge chair was a challenge. You would have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a chair.

We have been on Royal Caribbean it was great. I always wanted to try Norwegian because of the free style dining. I will never go on Norwegian again! The children's Splash Camp was nice my son liked going there. Bermuda was the best part of the trip it was beautiful. Disembarkation was smooth. Last year we went to an all inclusive resort in Jamaica. That was 10 times better than the cruise. We will be doing all inclusive from now on.
