First time cruising with RC and have to say was a little disappointed. Firstly the activities that i thought were on the ship have been changed a couple of years ago, no sports court or mini golf. My son is sports mad so this disappointed us all. The entertainment for kids between 12-17 were all together so made it a bit hectic, therefore my son did not attend after the first night. The entertainment was ok but not brilliant. Schooner bar had the same guy singing the same songs on piano for the whole 12 nights, got bored with that.

The enchanted lounge was a great area but only had entertainment every few nights which is a complete waste given it is the only family entertainment area. The viking lounge was great but my 15 year old had to leave at 10pm, just as it was getting busy. The would be ok if there was other things but the piano bar, or centrum for ballroom dancing is not exactly what 15 year old boys like. The big screen is good but they have to change the movies more often. The same film played twice a day at 6pm and 9pm and they were not age appropriate. One had continuous bad language and at 6pm there was lots of younger kids at the pool area. As well as the same film being screened twice a day, the only had four films on our 12 nights which meant you watched the same film every four days. Twelve nights - four films?

Did not go on any organised trips but managed to see all the places on our own by taking the local trains and saved money and time. RC are charging a fortune to do the trips, do them yourself.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin M

Cabin small but has everything you need and your room is cleaned twice a day.

Port Reviews

Barcelona

Stayed in Barcelona the night before the cruise and just walked around the sights before getting a taxi to the port. On the last day our flight was late at night, RC wanted 35 dollars each to stay on the boat until 2pm which didnt help us any. Took a taxi to Sants station around 20 euro and then put our cases in lockers. Spent the day sightseeing picked up our cases and took train straight to the airport

Positano (Amalfi)

Got off ship, walked to the marina and took local boat along to amalfi. Lovely place

Nice

Took local train to Monaco and took tour bus around and saw most of the main sights.
