We have cruised many times on Royal C, Disney, and Celebrity. This was my 2nd and last on Norwegian.

1. Their website is outdated and does nothing to give you excitement to prepare for your trip. I preordered wine/snacks for days 'at sea' and I might add pre-paid months in advance. Nothing was delivered on time and some was even canceled late in the day or the next day. Why would you advertise on your site champagne and be out of it for Bon Voyage? All SPA appointments had to be made on the ship...so the first day I had to make sure I did that instead of getting to explore with my family.

2. Embarkation was handled quickly and very well. Ship was OK...we had balcony adjoining rooms with my grandchildren. They would not open the door on the balcony between the two rooms...why did we bother with the adjoining??? Rooms were good and we were pleased.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

Cabin B2

It was good...spacious and we loved the balcony...just wanted to open it and share time with family. It was made to open...they just refused to open it.
