ncl jade cruise to greek isles from venice 27-06-2015 7 days

whilst there was positive parts of the cruise there were parts that I feel completely let it down.

POOL AREA: the pools were shown as 5'9" -4'11" but as my son in law is 6'2" he alerted us as to he could just touch the bottom with the water up to his nose , even the pool shown as the children's pool was the same . as I am a non swimmer I did not feel confident enough to go in the pool as I could not reach the bottom, which was very disappointing as it was hot and I could have cooled down in the pool.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Inside

Cabin IA

on virtual 360 degree tour on NCL website the cabin shows that there are tea and coffee facilities however on entering our cabin we discovered that this is not accurate. We had beds originally as a double however this did not leave sufficient room to get alongside the beds due to overhead bunks so ended up sleeping in singles, not ideal if you want a romantic break !

Cabin steward was only too glad to help and sorted out beds ASAP.
