The Celebrity Infinity is a very nice cruise liner and the cruise from Vancouver up the inside passage is great with some lovely excursions and sightseeing cruising. The staff were pretty good and the entertainment was good. However, the cruise was spoiled by a lack of organization in some areas.

1. Our muster station for the lifeboat drill was crammed with people and no lifejackets were required. Some people didn't even bother to turn up. The drill was somewhat chaotic, so I dread what it would be like in a real emergency.

2. The grill/buffet on deck 10 is a major free for all at meal times. There is a lack of seating at these times and the area often ran out of plates and cutlery. We ended up taking breakfast and lunch in the main dining room.

Cabin Review

Accessible Inside Stateroom

Cabins are average for cruise ships. Bed is comfortable. Access to desk is cramped. Bathroom is a bit tired and in need of renovation. Cabin staff very good and attentive.

Port Reviews

Vancouver

Nice city with plenty of attractions. We visited Gastown and Stanley Park via the Vancouver Trolley Company hop-on hop-off service. The aquarium in Stanley Park is a great attraction. Didn't think that Granville Island Market was all that great but enjoyed the AquaBus.
