We had been on this ship previously and were happy enough. However this time we could see a lot of areas where the ship failed our expectations.
Others on this site have covered them adequately but here's a short version of my issues.
Food most certainly did not live up to previous standards except one meal we had in the USS America restaurant which required a 100 dollar cover charge for two people. A bit over the top I think!
Cabin Review
Aqua Class
A bit worn and dated and many issues with the bathroom facilities but quickly sorted out. Well placed, no noise, great views.

Beautiful city, worth staying a few days and taking a some tours.
Icy Strait
Nothing much to see except the zip line!
Juneau
Excursion was cancelled due to bad weather. Many jewellery shops but beware, you will find it difficult to get out of some of them due to hard sell tactics!
