Sail Date: Jun 2015

Booked 6 week prior to holiday. Pre-booked cabin this took all day and cost £10 in telephone charges - just kept me on hold waiting for someone to answer.

Flights, transfers, embarkation fine, except the pre-booked cabin was not the one given! Wend to reception and was told a computer error had caused a doubled booking. They were very unhelpful saying the ship was fully booked and so they could not offer me an alternative cabin. They also said this error did not happen often - 2 other people were making the same complaint when we were there. They did however offer us another cabin the following day and refund the cost of pre-booking.

The ship is well past its best and is very unimpressive. It's small and in need of upgrading.

Cabin Review

Cabin outside

Moved to a 4 berth with double bed - this was comfortable but not much room when getting in/out - could bang your head on the closed up bunk. Plenty of storage space. Tea/Coffee making facilities, TV with no channels - not sure why its provided! The bathroom was small but adequate. The domestic service was excellent - cabin cleaned twice a day and turn down. Overall the cabins are very tired and need upgrading (like the rest of the ship)
