We really enjoyed cruising on the Oasis of Seas! It had great amenities and entertainment – more than we expected. Oasis of the Seas has truly raised the bar making it impossible for us to want to cruise with other cruise line. Unfortunately, the "front desk/guest services" needs a course in customer service. They were pretentious, condescending, and curt. Perhaps they needed to be reminder that it’s passengers like me who help pay their salaries. Instead of being friendly and helpful, they were bitter and grumpy workers who truly were in need of a vacation. The other crew members especially the dining room crew, were exceptional!
