Actually Samana.... Its in the Dominican Republic.  I did some reading on Tripadvisor.com  which is a great site and decided to go to the Private Island. It's called Cayo Leventado or Bicardi Island.  If you want sun, sand, snorkeling and a great relaxed beach  day... this is it.  Enjoy a Presidente Beer while you are there $3.00.  There are vendors there in a small market, bar and a buffet for an additional charge. So take the boat to the PRIVATE island and relax. There are pictures on the Tripadvisor site. Beautiful.  

Dominica

St Thomas has one of the top 10 beaches in the WORLD!  Magens Bay. It is beautiful, but very very busy.  Get off the ship and catch a taxi. $9.00 per person each way. $4.00 to get into beach each also. Bar on the beach. Rum Punch $5.00 careful not to let the rum "punch" knock you out.  Fantastic shopping in town Charlette Amallie if thats your thing.  FYI not much snorkeling here. the Taxi ride up and over the island is an adventure in and of itself. Love It!

St. Thomas

Tortola, BVI British Virgin Islands.  This is one of our favorite islands.  It has not been over developed and feels like the older Caribbean.  Please remember you are on vacation RELAX. The people that live here don't tend to even wear a watch. It's a slower pace  that makes me jealous.  Again you can catch a taxi to one of many beaches. Cain Garden Bay is beautiful. Classic white sand and blue/green water.  If you like to get under the water with the fish. Brewers Bay is a snorkeling wonder. Hope you enjoy the ride over the mountain and your taxi has good brakes.The views alone are breathtaking. Shopping @ end of the pier. Tree House Bar accross the street if she wants to shop and you want a "Hiny".  

Tortola

Great Stirrup Cay. The NCL private island.  A awesome beach day.  Very good snorkeling. Lunch buffet set up on the beech.  But after this stop it's back to Miami.  

Nassau

We do interior.  It's small, quiet and very dark for sleeping in a bit.  We are only in our cabin to sleep @ night so this works well for us.

They make a fillet as good as Rubys, Ruth Chris, Mortens or any other high end steak house.John your cruise director is high energy and fun!
