This is our second cruise so we decided to cruise on the 7 day island hopper that left brisbane on 30-06-15, last year we also booked the 7 day island hopper and booked a suite 11121 on the p&o dawn, the noise from the deck above every day and night was unbearably, this year we booked a mini suite 11142 on the p&o jewel after p&o gave us a $400 discount due to noise on previous cruise, well this room was even worse than the dawn suite with constant noise from chairs and people running around 24 hrs a day, the night of the bianco party was unbearable with even the paintings and fixtures vibrating from the music above

don't waste your money on one of these suites, book a room lower down ship

embarkation from brisbane was was a shambles with app 200 people standing around on footpath waiting for there number to be called, my wife asked if she could go inside to use toilet and was refused entry

Cabin Review

Cabin mini suite

cabins were clean and tidy but fixtures were dated, most of the time there was excessive noise from top deck from people dragging chairs and running around, insulation in ceiling is non-existent

book a balcony room on next floor down its a lot quieter and cheaper
